University of Waikato Tennis Club · Hamilton, New Zealand

Designed, built and shipped UniClubs, the club's operations platform: a member portal and a committee admin console, replacing registration and records that ran on a Google Form and a hand-worked spreadsheet.
Owned the whole stack alone, from data model and authentication through file storage, transactional email and deployment. TypeScript, React Router 8, Tailwind CSS, Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2.
Built it multi-tenant from the outset rather than retrofitting isolation later. One club live for 119 members, with two more onboarding.
Grew trimester A participation 90%, from 51 to 97 members, by rebuilding registration workflows. Lead a committee of 10.

2024 — 2025

Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd · Dhaka, Bangladesh

Built the front end and designed the user interface for an in-house service ticketing system that replaced Microsoft Dynamics CRM, lifting access from three or four licensed seats to the full 24-person IT team.
Worked in a five-person development team alongside a project manager, integrating a Next.js front end with a .NET backend.
Prototyped a companion mobile application in React Native.

2020 — 2024

Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Ltd · Dhaka, Bangladesh

Automated the quarterly sales-incentive calculation for more than 2,000 sales staff in Python, replacing three to four people working two weeks in Excel with a run of 10 to 15 minutes.
Designed the scoring rules, covering tiered targets, product-mix eligibility, near-miss bands and over-achievement bonuses, and kept them correct as they changed each quarter.
Operated it in production, tracing disputed figures for the staff affected and returning corrections the same day.
Supported SAP end users and built reporting from Microsoft SQL Server.
